Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

Anointed Connect Academy LLC develops and publishes educational, scholarly, research, curriculum, brand, and digital materials under a governed intellectual-property structure. Unless a specific work states otherwise or is subject to third-party rights, Academy intellectual property is owned by or used under license from Anointed Holdings LLC.

Protected Materials

Protected materials may include names and marks, visual identity, written publications, curriculum and educational methodologies, research materials, digital systems, software, learning companions, graphics, and other original content.

Permitted Use

Visitors may view, cite, link to, and use publicly available materials for ordinary personal, educational, scholarly, and informational purposes consistent with applicable law and any license stated on the specific work. A public webpage does not by itself grant permission to reproduce, republish, adapt, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected content.

Third-Party Content

Book retailer links, external repositories, logos, quotations, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

Research & Publication Licenses

Research papers, books, and other publications may carry their own copyright or Creative Commons terms. Where a work states a specific license, that work-specific license controls its permitted use.
